SHIPPING TERMS FREE SHIPPING ( USA 48 STATES ONLY ) Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, unlimited-solar.com offers free shipping on all domestic orders ( 48 States Only ) placed on our store , with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. unlimited-solar.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our store, you can be sure that your order will be processed within 24 hours. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Please contact unlimited-solar.com customer service to determine shipping cost to your country and shipping method. We ship to all international destinations. Please note: Flat rate or free shipping rates, if offered, only apply to the 48 contiguous States. They do not apply to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico or other US territories. Please contact us for Hawaii, Alaska,Puerto Rico or international shipping rates before you place an order. All items are normally shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment is received. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or national holidays. We wont be able to process any orders with PO.BOX Address for panels over then 40W ( 40 watt ). US Post office wont accept oversize packages to P.O Box address. Upon shipment a tracking number will be uploaded to our system. Please check you item status in your unlimited solar account. If you did not received your tracking number within 2 days, please contact us. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one in accordance with the shipping company's policies and the manufacturer's return policies. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces. Lost or Missing Packages We utilize primarily UPS, FedEx and USPS to ship our products to customers. Occasionally we will use other companies, you can contact our customer service department to determine which shipping company will be delivering your packages. We ship most of our orders with " Signature Required ". If you do not wish to get this Service please contact our customer service with request to remove this option from your order. How do I return an item? If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of the delivery date, email our customer service at unlimitedsolarsolutions@gmail.com or call our number at 1-818-859-7075 for Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) Please retain your shipping confirmation for proof of shipping within 14 days of RMA creation until you have received a refund or exchange from unlimited-solar.com for the returned product. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept returned packages without RMA#. If you return a package with out having been assigned a RMA#, the package will be denied and returned back to you and all associated costs will be your responsibility. Any return that is not shipped within the 14 day window will be refused, and the RMA# will be null and void. unlimited-solar.com is not liable for loss of items returned without an RMA in advance. All merchandise with an RMA must be shipped back to unlimited-solar.com within 14 days of the date that the RMA was issued (you may ship by any method you choose proper packaging is required any damage caused by shipper will not be honored please insure your package as appropriate.) The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used. Secure your item(s) inside the original shipping box. If the original packaging materials are unavailable, you must obtain and use similar packaging materials and make every effort to ensure that the product is not damaged during shipping. Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping. Please also include a copy of the original packing slip with your return. Write your RMA number on the box in LARGE letters next to the shipping address. For example, “RMA# 18691” Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned within 2 weeks (30 days) after receiving the item.
